As Valentines' Week - began so shall it end...
Bring on another great gourmet meal shared with great company!
Bob's friend Christian and his sweetheart Beverly drove down from Seattle to spend a couple of days enjoying the tranquility of UCM and the Oregon Coast. On their last evening, Valentines Day, we enjoyed a magnificent meal together at the best restaurant in Bandon, "The Wild Rose." As you can see from the photo below, several bottles of wine and many courses later Christian is diving into his Lamb Shank, while Beverly and Sylvia discuss the new fruity component to the sauce. A wonderful meal, thank you Christian; and a fantastic end to Valentines' Week.
